Our Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch our orders within 3-5 working days. Certain products such as some libbey cups require us to let them settle for 72 hours after being made before we can finish them and send them to you. Products that use vinyl also require us to let it set onto the product for 72 hours to ensure it is adhered fully to the product.

Unfortunately at times we are unable to fulfil this expectation and for any reason we will not be able to fulfil your order during this time, we will contact you and make you aware of when you can expect your order to be dispatched.

This rarely happens, however when we have upcoming craft fairs it can set us back by an additional 2 working days so please keep an eye out on our social's to see when we're planning to do these.

The other reasons we may not be able to meet our standard time is backlog of orders or due to staff illness, but as mentioned above, we will always contact you and make sure you're aware if we're delayed.

Of course we aim to always stick to our standard timescales and massively apologise in advance for any delays to your order if this does ever happen to you.
